Achivements & Success Stories of Doda

The PM Svanidhi Scheme has played a significant milestone in the transformation of local vendors by letting them live a dignified life and running their own self-sustained business. Earlier the vendors who used to live from hand to mouth but by availing the loan benefits their living standards have been improvised; now their children can avail proper education. Whereas, the PMAY (U) Scheme has fulfilled the dreams of many individuals who cannot even dream of having their own pacca house but by availing the assistance under said scheme and with their own contribution they have constructed their house and are now living with proper sanitation facilities with significant health benefits and letting the women led a dignified life. Moreover, various developmental works executed under the jurisdiction of Municipal Council Doda under various heads/schemes have constituted the beautification and improvement of the town. Doda Town is going to be added as the Multi-Story Car Parking and Shopping Complex Cum Office Building.
